How can I track my order?
When your order is ready you will receive a tracking number.
Can I make a return?
At Chela, we are committed to offering our customers the best possible experience with our products. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bags, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. As these are handmade items, it is possible that, in specific cases, they may present some imperfection. For this reason, we carefully check each piece before sending it.
If you detect any defect upon receiving the item, you must inform us within a maximum of 72 hours from delivery of the order, by writing to hola@fromchela.com . Please include a description of the defect and attach photographs so that we can process the return. After this period, Chela will not be liable for any possible defects.
How to take care of my bag?
To keep GEKKO bags in good condition, we recommend cleaning them carefully with a soft, damp cloth or with neutral soap, avoiding the use of abrasive products. It is important that the bag does not come into contact with substances such as perfumes, alcohol, hydrogel or acid-based products, as these can damage both the leather and the finish of the studs. We recommend storing your bag in a suitable place to preserve its quality.
